Tenant Information
The following information is designed to answer some of your questions. It is Morgans intention to help you on every step of the property rental market.
Property Viewings
Morgans property consultants will arrange property viewings same day where possible. They will help with useful information on the local area including local amenities.
Seen one of our properties - So what's Next?
An appointment will be made at our CMK office to explain the referencing requirements. We will then suspend marketing of the property and reserve it for you.
Deposits
1½ months deposit is required. Morgans (or the landlord) will register the deposit under the current legislation with one of the government approved schemes for your security.
Rental Payments
Your tenancy starts with one months rent in advance. A Standing Order direct from your bank will set up regular rent payments.
Cleaning
The property is cleaned before you move in. A cleaning bond is required with every tenancy to ensure each property is kept to best condition as possible.
Move-in dates
Morgans will arrange your check-in date when you sign the Tenancy Agreement.
