Morgans offer an optional Homelet Rent Guarantee on your property.
Should rent arrears occur the Rent Guarantee provides access to Homelet's
appointed legal team specialising in lettings. The legal team will issue
all notices, legal documents and will attend court to recover the debt.
Rent Guarantee
The Rent Guarantee will pay the landlord rent should the tenant default, subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the Rent Guarantee.
There is an excess equivalent to one month rent, which is covered by the deposit held.
