Morgans Tenancy Agreements are available with
optional Homelet Rent Guarantee/Warrantee’s.

All prospective tenants are credit checked via Homelet
and include the following
- Credit score issued
- Adverse CCJ/Court Decree
- Anti fraud/personal identity checkk
- Warning of any detrimental credit history
- Confirmation of address/history check
Optional Rent Guarantee*
Morgans can offer a Homelet rent
guarantee/warrantee with every new tenancy
agreement. It is designed to offer better peace of
mind should rent arrears or non payment of
rent occurs. The Homelet rent guarantee/warrantee
provides access to Homelet's appointed legal
team specialising in property lettings. The legal
team will issue all legal notices, documents and
will attend court to recover the debt & possession
of your property. Quotations available upon
request
Rent Guarantee/Warrantee Payments
The Rent Guarantee/Warrantee will pay the
landlords rent should the tenant get into difficulties
and default on the tenancy term. There is an excess
equivalent to one month rent, which is covered by
the deposit held.
The rent guarantee/warrantee will be subject to the
terms and conditions as stated in the Homelet
documentation full details will be issued to landlords.

The Rent Guarantee provides landlords with peace of mind and assurance that the matter
will be handled quickly and efficiently should an arrears situation arise.
